Three years ago, we in Archiles decided to improve the demanding work of bookkeeping and accounting. We introduced our vision to automate all repetitive and complicated manual tasks in accounting (such as retyping documents into accounting software and assigning account numbers based on chart of accounts) and use technology to transform them into a swift automated process of the 21st century. We strongly believe, that university or college graduates should not be wasting their time on repetitive cumbersome tasks doable by computers, but should be rather finding new business models, creating important forecasts and financial analyses. We knew that with such software, accountants and bookkeepers could save their time and cost. We knew that this is the future of accounting and bookkeeping, because everything that can be automated will be automated.
Few days ago, Archiles team attended EnterConf ( sister of Web Summit), which combines tech world of established companies, startups, customers and investors from around the world. We enjoyed many talks including Machine Learning (Nell Watson from Singularity University), Cloud Security (Misha Govshteyn, founder of Alert Logic) and The Next Stage of Collaboration (Thomas Davies from Google) and more.
What’s more, we confirmed that our vision materialized in product Archiles was acknowledged by several investors and companies in the tech industry. We are delighted, that they found our product to be intuitive, easy to use and covering the key functionalities necessary for automated accounting. This was possible thanks to our great team with many complementary qualities, who created the best engine for our product.
We are passionate and thrilled, that our product meets the requirements of our customers and partners, and we are very excited about our future plans. Starting in Central Europe, we want to accelerate to CEE market and become the leading solution in automated accounting. We see deep meaning in our vision and we believe that together with the product benefits it will inspire accountants & companies worldwide to improve their accounting processes from manual data entry to automated accounting.
